1. Liquid supply device: The use of professional scientific research injection pump, can provide continuous and stable flow of liquid, and the liquid supply speed can be adjusted to meet the needs of different types of spinning solutions.
2. High voltage power supply: it can provide a stable electric field for a long time, and the electric field intensity standard is 0~30KV.
3. Spinning nozzles: coaxial nozzles, the inner and outer layers are composed of two needles with different inner diameters, which are used to manufacture hollow structure or shell structure nanofibers and micron fibers. Using coaxial spraying technology, polymers with different properties can be combined to make nanofibers with special properties. Some polymers with poor spinning performance can also be prepared into special nanofibers by coaxial spraying technology or special nanofibers by coaxial spraying technology. In this case, the outer layer of the coaxial nozzle should be a polymer with poor spinnability, and the inner layer should be a polymer with good spinning performance. In addition, the support of the spinning nozzle can be adjusted to obtain the best spinning distance and non-woven fabric of different widths, which can realize the automatic reciprocating movement parallel to the dust collector and effectively improve the uniformity.
